Do you provide OEM and ODM customization services?

Yes, we offer full-cycle OEM and ODM services tailored to your brand needs. Our customization options cover product design, hardware configuration, software UI/UX customization, logo printing, packaging design, and function customization (e.g., hotel TV system integration, interactive screen feature tuning). We work closely with clients from prototype development to mass production.

What features can be customized for hotel and hospitality TVs?

Our hotel-specific TV customization includes hospitality mode activation, welcome screen branding, HDMI input locking, remote control key restriction, IPTV system integration, room number display, and energy-saving mode settings. We can also pre-install hotel management software to streamline guest experience and operational efficiency.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your products?

The MOQ varies by product category. For standard models (e.g., basic smart TVs, LED screens), the MOQ is 50 units. For customized products (including OEM/ODM orders and hotel-specific TVs), the MOQ is 100 units to ensure cost efficiency in production. We can discuss flexible MOQ solutions for long-term partnership clients.

Are your products certified for international markets?

All our products comply with major international standards and hold certifications such as CE, FCC, RoHS, and UL, which are mandatory for entry into European, North American, and most global markets. For special markets like Australia or Japan, we can also provide relevant certifications (SAA, PSE) upon request.

What is the production lead time for orders?

For standard products with existing inventory, delivery can be arranged within 7-10 working days. For mass production of standard models, the lead time is 20-30 working days. For customized OEM/ODM orders, the lead time ranges from 30-45 working days, which includes prototype confirmation, production scheduling, and quality inspection.

What warranty and after-sales services do you provide?

We offer a 12-month warranty for all our products from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of defective parts and technical support. For after-sales needs, our professional team responds within 24 hours. We also offer on-site maintenance services for bulk orders in key regions, as well as online technical training for clients' maintenance staff.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, sample orders are welcome. We provide 1-2 pieces of standard product samples for quality evaluation, with sample fees charged according to product cost (the fee is refundable upon placing a bulk order of 500+ units). The lead time for samples is 3-5 working days, and shipping can be arranged via DHL, FedEx, or UPS for fast global delivery.
